Sulekha Swayam Rojgar Yojana

Sulekha Swayam Rojgar Yojana is a unique learning and earning opportunity designed by Sulekha for young individuals, who are hard working, have good communication skills, want to be self employed, have an inclination towards entrepreneurship and have an aptitude for marketing.

It is a vocational training course designed to impart theoretical as well as practical training on different aspects of Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Solar products/projects Marketing along with other necessary skills required to run a small successful commercial venture.

The main objectives of this course are:

  1. To create awareness among the students about the market situation and earning opportunities.
  2. To train the students with basic skills necessary to run such successful small commercial ventures on their own.
  3. To give special technical training to students of rural areas, with science/technical background, on solar project marketing, cost-benefit analysis, awareness development through school visits, organizing/participating in science fairs and seminars etc.
  4. To design tailor-made programs for individual students and to impart them with the necessary hands-on training under the guidance and supervision of experienced professionals of our company.
  5. To assist the students in obtaining necessary information required for setting up their own independent ventures as well as to create opportunities that will enable these students to earn on their own.
  6. To provide regular back ups and review meets to ensure that the students can apply the knowledge and experience obtained during this course in his/her operating area.
  7. To provide continuous follow-up assistance to these students for sustaining them in their market even after the completion of the course so that they continue to develop in their career.
