Shipping Policy

Sulekha will primarily ship within India via India Post. Internationally Sulekha is not shipping directly.  Orders are shipped within 3/4 working days.

Within India it can take any time between 3-10 working days for delivery from the date of shipment. 

All orders are trackable.

For Indian orders Sulekha accepts UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking and Wallets.

Refund & Cancellation

You can submit your return request within 14 days of your purchase date. All returns are accepted at the discretion of Sulekha. Any product sold by us, found to be damaged outside of manufacturing defects will be returned back to the customer. All postage and other incidental costs will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund (if any).

Any product with a manufacturing defect will be replaced.

By initiating the refund process the customer is supposed to have agreed to the Sulekha refund policy in totality.

If you want to cancel a particular order, please send us an email at: orders@sulekhaink.co.in along with the relevant order number. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped out.

All refunds are made directly at the source of the payment through the payment gateway or by Bank Transfer. For More information, please call the helpline and talk to one of our customer care executives.

 

Third party advertisers and Cookies
